WHAT YOU NEED:

STEP 1:
 |
| Paint your nails with the white polish and let dry (paint about half way down the nail) |
STEP 2:
 |
| pour some of the nail polish remover into the cap so you can dip the Q-tips in it easily |

| wipe away the excess white polish with a Q-tip soaked in nail polish remover making a smooth rounded line |
STEP 3:
 |
| Add a coat of clear polish (you could also use a sheer pink) and you're done |
